Social Media Manager

About the Role
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence across multiple company pages, matching each brand's voice and goals.

Responsibilities

• Post and schedule approved content across multiple company pages on a consistent cadence.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
• Track impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth per page; compile regular reports.
• Coordinate with each company's stakeholders to source content ideas and keep the calendar full.

Requirements
Mandatory

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Company Page admin tools, LinkedIn Analytics, and Creator Mode across multiple business accounts.
• Working knowledge is sufficient — no minimum years of experience required.
• Enjoys writing — this role may grow into content creation after the trial period.
• Detail-oriented, quick-working, and professional under pressure — catches typos and tone mismatches, keeps accounts straight, handles shifting priorities, and stays calm and courteous with criticism, spam, and difficult questions.

Advantageous

• Managing LinkedIn for more than one brand at a time.
• Healthcare or B2B software content.

Additional Criteria

• English – native level proficiency
• Teudat Zehut or valid work visa
• Plans to live in Eretz Yisrael for a minimum of 3–5 years
