Requirements
- Strong background in software development and engineering
- 5 years of technology leadership experience, ideally in distribution or manufacturing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ERP/CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML and data analytics
- eCommerce or B2B platform experience is a plus
