*Program Development & Operations Manager*

💰 Salary: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience

A well-established community organization is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly capable individual to develop, manage, and grow a variety of impactful programs and initiatives.
This role is ideal for a true self-starter who can take the seed of an idea and turn it into a well-organized, successful program. The right candidate will combine creativity and big-picture thinking with the practical ability to build systems, solve problems, and get things done.
*Responsibilities*
• Work closely with organizational leadership to develop ideas into actionable programs
• Take ownership of projects from the initial concept through planning, implementation, and growth
• Manage and improve existing programs, processes, and day-to-day operations
• Identify creative opportunities to expand programs, services, and community impact
• Create clear systems, workflows, timelines, and follow-up procedures
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Track project progress, address challenges, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward
• Manage multiple projects while determining priorities and maintaining attention to detail
