What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience in healthcare — nursing home experience strongly preferred Strong experience managing monthly accounting and financial processes Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and professional Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities Include: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly accounting processes Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation Reconciling accounts and assisting with monthly financial reporting Handling the ongoing accounting needs of nursing home operations Working independently while collaborating with management as needed Ensuring all financial information is organized, timely, and accurate
