In-Office | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Walmart, and similar marketplaces Experience in brand strategy, product launches, and growth planning Financial acumen — understanding of costs, margins, inventory, and profitability Ability to analyze sales data and turn insights into actionable strategies Creative thinker with experience in product bundling and market positioning Experience with inventory and business management software Highly organized — able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously Competitive mindset with a drive to grow sales and outperform the market
Key Responsibilities Include:
Brand Launch & Strategy
Evaluating prospective brands before onboarding — reviewing catalog, competition, margins, and marketplace demand
Developing a Brand Growth Plan with revenue potential, risks, and strategic recommendations
Grouping products into best sellers, potential winners, and underperformers to prioritize focus
Creating a 90-day brand launch plan covering pricing strategy, advertising direction, bundling opportunities, and growth targets
Ensuring every item has optimized photos, searchable titles, and clear descriptions
Creating product kits and multi-packs to add customer value and drive sales
Monitoring performance closely during a brand's first few months and adjusting strategy as needed
Profitability & Inventory Optimization
Directing advertising strategy toward high-profit bundles and reducing focus on lower-margin products
Finding creative solutions to move slow-selling inventory
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
Developing and maintaining sales forecasts for new and existing products
Reporting sellthrough insights to suppliers to support better product development
Team Collaboration & Brand Handover
Leading coordination between product, catalog, and advertising teams
Reviewing sales and profitability quarterly to ensure goals are on track
Transitioning stable, successful brands to the operations team with full documentation
Owning brand KPIs for the first 180 days — sales growth, profitability, advertising efficiency, and forecast accuracy
Success Is Measured By: 10%+ increase in sales on assigned SKUs Increase in profit margins on assigned SKUs Percentage of SKUs hitting sales and margin goals Number of brands hitting their sales and profit targets
