Project: Introducing of Digital Assets

Introduce Digital Assets into the bank and is seeking a consultant to help roll out and strategize the implementation of a digital arm. Digital assets include Blockchain, Crypto, Tokenization, digital wallets, etc...

Must Haves:

7+ years of experience supporting and delivering digital asset initiatives, ideally within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, tokenization, digital wallets, and related digital asset technologies.
Experience developing digital asset use cases, evaluating business opportunities, and supporting the implementation of new capabilities.
Proven ability to drive strategic discussions with senior and executive stakeholders to identify the bank s best point of entry into digital assets and develop a practical roadmap.
Comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating difficult conversations, and influencing stakeholders to support informed decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital asset concepts into clear business recommendations.
Experience establishing new processes, gathering requirements, and translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
