Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

Complete manifest and METRC Documentation Packages
Assist with planning and coordinating distribution driver routes, accommodations, etc
Communicating with external customers and internal staff and sales team members
Updating internal systems to communicate changing statuses of completed orders, deliveries, schedules, etc.
Complete local and statewide deliveries as needed to meet delivery deadlines (majority of required travel involves a same day return to facility and is not overnight.
Responsible for State and Local legal compliance by auditing and verifying inventory counts as they relate to METRC
Performs digital inventory audits to confirm inventory recordkeeping and determine compliance and reconcile inventory.
Responsible for reading and understanding all state and company policies regarding inventory control and audits.

Pull stock, sticker containers, build and bin orders, and close all work orders with great accuracy and efficiency.
Quality assurance that all finished goods that are to be sent out ensure 100% compliance with orders
Capture all necessary signatures to properly complete paperwork
Diligently record and report daily transactions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of METRC and Biotrack software
A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience with responsibility for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface preferred
Ability to pick up new concepts easily
Strong attention to detail, including the ability to keep accurate records
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-starter who brings a level of passion, enthusiasm, and focus to their day-to-day work
Manage deadlines, be flexible with change, drive to timely resolution
Perform multiple complex assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and lead change
Fast, efficient, nimble.
Experience working in a shifting environment with a great deal of constructive feedback and input
Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations 
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
Must have excellent organization and time management skills
Must be focused, pay close attention to detail
Must be able to internalize training and follow instructions
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
