PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify dimensional accuracy of components using a wide range of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, height gauges, thread gauges, surface roughness testers, etc.)
Verify supplier documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final product evaluations.
Review inspection records received for compliance
Prepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents
Support Engineering with dimensional analysis and product disposition.
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T requirements for complex components
Document Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) upon identification of nonconforming products and promptly notify relevant stakeholders.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
Maintain metrology equipment and ensure compliance with calibration requirements.
Adhere to company HSE policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficiency in using a broad range of precision measuring instruments (manual and digital)
Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection methods, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspections and priorities
Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specification, and requirements.
Perform PT, MT inspections.
Knowledge of GD&T interpretation and application.
