As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier hotel location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel management and emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, hotel entrances, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and back-of-house locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe hotel activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence in a hospitality-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
