Application Support Engineer

Provide execution support for an application manager.
Perform basic OS troubleshooting on Linux and Windows systems.
Manage certificates and password rotations for applications.
Coordinate the patching of systems and software.
Facilitate the build of servers and software for development teams.
Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing tasks.
Coordinate work across multiple teams to ensure timely project execution.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with the Linux Command Line to support OS and major middleware products.
Strong skills in Windows OS administration.
Familiarity with middleware products such as IIS, Apache, MongoDB, and MSSQL.
Experience with JIRA.
Basic project skills to help coordinate work across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Linux scripting.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Familiarity with storage technologies.
Software development experience, for example, with Python.
