Job description

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars to keep production activities organized and on time.
Support production planning by arranging timelines, tracking milestones, and helping teams meet delivery expectations.
Oversee daily workflow progress and follow up on open items to maintain steady output across active projects.
Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to coordinate project details, communicate updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Monitor production processes to help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to requirements.
Assist with print production activities, including preparing job details, tracking status, and confirming deadlines are met.
Maintain organized production records and provide timely status reporting to support informed decision-making.
Identify potential bottlenecks in schedules or execution and escalate issues early to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

Experience coordinating schedules, appointments, or project timelines in a production-focused environment.
Working knowledge of production planning methods and day-to-day workflow coordination.
Familiarity with print production and related operational processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
Clear communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to track project progress carefully and follow through on outstanding action items.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process consistency.
