System Engineer

Patch, configure, and maintain vSphere 8.x, VCF 9.x, and Aria Suite environments.
Troubleshoot vSphere, Aria, network, storage, and hardware issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Update certificates and perform violation and vulnerability identification and remediation.
Manage HP ProLiant and Dell server hardware platform configurations with associated firmware and management interfaces.
Follow, define, and implement technical procedures within an ITIL framework.
Collaborate with global teams within a large organization.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, patching, and performing performance analysis of VMware vSphere and ESXi, including v8.x and VCF9.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Aria suite products.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Software Defined Storage (VSAN).
Experience with HP ProLiant and Dell server hardware platform configuration.
Experience working in a high-pressure environment and on global teams.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of security and authentication for VMWare and hardware interfaces.
Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting.
Knowledge of BitBucket and Jira.
