Luxury Hospitality Security Officer

Part-Time

Friday & Saturday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Full-Time

Saturday through Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You'll Do
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
Monitor assigned areas and conduct regular patrols as required.
Respond professionally to security concerns, incidents, and guest requests.
Assist with access control and enforce property security procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining appropriate security boundaries.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Communicate effectively with hotel management, staff, guests, and emergency personnel.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.

Strong candidates will have:

Previous hotel, hospitality, luxury, corporate, residential, or high-end security experience required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong observation and situational awareness.
The ability to interact respectfully with guests from diverse backgrounds.
A willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must be willing to provide proof of education.
Previous security experience is preferred.
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be comfortable working in a busy hotel environment.
