Position Overview
A sophisticated law firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join its Litigation Department in Cedarhurst, NY.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative, communication, and multitasking skills who can effectively support attorneys and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a busy litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within the Litigation Department.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare, organize, proofread, and maintain correspondence and documents.
- Assist with organizing litigation-related files and materials.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records.
- Track deadlines and assist attorneys with staying organized and prepared.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
- Assist with document management, filing, scanning, and administrative projects.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and legal information.
- Prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Provide additional administrative support to the department as needed.
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
- Experience within a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
