Store Manager

A growing multi-location women’s fashion retail company is seeking experienced and motivated Store Managers to oversee daily store operations. The company operates 16 locations and is looking to hire several managers for its Brooklyn and Lakewood locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and customer service skills who can effectively manage staff and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure an efficient and positive customer experience
• Manage, train, and support store employees
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and overall store organization
• Handle scheduling, operational needs, and day-to-day problem-solving

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and operational skills

Requirements:

• Previous retail management or relevant leadership experience
• Ability to work Sundays is required
• Availability to work flexible hours during the week
• Dependable, responsible, and able to take ownership of store operations.

Location: Brooklyn or Lakewood | Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sundays required, with flexibility during the week | Salary: $80-$120k | Job#1139
