Speaker Acquisition Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a Speaker Acquisition Specialist to arrange the speaker lineups for our conferences.
The role requires someone who can develop new industry connections while nurturing and strengthening relationships with our existing investor community.

Responsibilities
• Research and conduct personalized outreach to recruit financial services executives as speakers, and panelists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing speaker network.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage relationships through the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate contact information and activity in our CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams regarding confirmed speakers and event participants.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Solid client relationship skills.
• Strategic business sense.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and online research.
• Persistent, organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Plus: Experience in recruiting, sales and marketing, business development, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM systems such as HubSpot, or Salesforce.
