This is an exciting opportunity for Social Workers/Mental Health Counselors who are passionate about children’s mental health and community-based services.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;margin:0in;'><br></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;margin:0in;background:white;'><span style="font-size:16px;color:#262321;background:white;">The compensation range is $60,000-$80,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, for a total compensation range of $60,000 - $85,000.</span><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;"><br><br></span><strong><u><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:9.0pt;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;margin:0in;text-indent:-9.0pt;background:white;'><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;"> As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Providing clinical and case management services in community-based settings, including homes, schools, and other off-site locations.</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and required agency reports (e.g., clinician schedules, progress notes, treatment plans).</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Monitoring treatment goals and updating treatment plans on a regular basis.</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Collaborating with community partners, schools, and </span><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">other service providers to ensure coordinated care.</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.</span><u><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;"><br></span></u><u><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;"><br></span></u></li></ul><p style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><u><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></u></p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications<strong>:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 13px; font-family: initial; background: white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Master’s Degree in Social Work or related clinical field.</span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Eligible for or in possession of NYS licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC). </span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family: initial;background:white;"><span style="font-size:16px;color:black;">Ability to travel to different sites in the community;
