WJCS is seeking a Bilingual Clinician a join our Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Programs team. In this role, you will provide integrated, evidence-based assessment and treatment services for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders within a New York State OASAS outpatient clinic operating under the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. Salary Range: $65,000–$90,000 annually, based on licensure. font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Provide person-centered individual, family, and group counseling services.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Deliver integrated substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment using evidence-based practices.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Provide Encompass services, including support for Concerned Significant Others (CSOs) utilizing Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) and Invitation to Change (ITC) approaches.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, safety plans, and ongoing clinical documentation in accordance with agency, OASAS, and CCBHC standards.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated, whole-person care.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Coordinate care with community providers and referral sources to support continuity of care.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Meet established productivity and performance expectations.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Provide evening clinic coverage, as needed, generally up to two evenings per week until 7:00 p.m.</li></ul></div> Requirements:We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:<div style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;'><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;list-style-type: disc;"><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>CASAC-T/CASAC credentialing, or willing to obtain within the first year of employment.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>New York State licensure as an LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW); LCSW or LMHC strongly preferred.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Knowledge of evidence-based practices for the treatment of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Experience working in substance use treatment, community mental health, integrated behavioral health, and/or with children and adolescents preferred.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and person-centered approaches to treatment.</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: "times new roman", serif;'>Experience delivering integrated care within an outpatient behavioral health or Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting preferred.</li><li style='margin: 0in;
