Overview:Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is an award-winning, nonprofit, nonsectarian human services organization founded in 1943. Today, WJCS is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community behavioral health services and one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County. Through innovative programs and compassionate care, we serve more than 20,000 individuals of all ages and backgrounds each year. WJCS Community Programs is seeking two dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing services to individuals living in our residential programs. Working closely with theinterdisciplinary team, the RN conducts assessments, develops care plans, coordinates healthcare services, and promotes the health, safety, and well-being of each individual. Responsibilities:As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Coordinate routine and specialty medical evaluations, including physical, dental, vision, hearing, and other clinical services as needed. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Monitor individuals’ health status through regular visits and follow-up on medical recommendations. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Arrange laboratory testing and ensure timely healthcare interventions. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, families, advocates, and healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Administer immunizations and ensure compliance with health and immunization protocols. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Oversee medication administration, review MARs, and provide AMAP training and support. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Educate staff on medical protocols, universal precautions, and health-related procedures. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Maintain accurate medical documentation and communicate changes in health status or treatment plans. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Participate in IDT meetings, nursing meetings, and clinical reviews. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Provide on-call support and consultation as scheduled. </li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;line-height:106%;'>Supervise and evaluate nursing support staff.</li></ul> Requirements:We are seeking
