Job description

Own Walmart revenue and the plan to grow it, including which styles lead it
Manage listing quality across the catalog, including content, images, titles, variant grouping, and the listing quality scores Walmart ranks on
Manage Walmart Connect advertising, including campaign structure, focus styles, spend levels, and proving the spend is incremental
Manage pricing, including competitiveness against other sellers, parity with other channels, strike-through pricing, flash deals, and event pricing
Manage reviews, including syndication, Review Accelerator, and review depth on newer styles
Manage fulfillment, including WFS placement for the styles that earn it, on-time delivery performance, and aged inventory
Manage Walmart relationships, including marketplace and Walmart Connect managers, plus deal and event submissions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, with a change log tying results to what changed
Qualifications:

Hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience you have run yourself, including Seller Center, listings, Walmart Connect, and WFS
Proven experience growing a Walmart channel from a small base into a meaningful one
Experience managing outside agencies, with the judgment to replace one or bring the work in-house
Strong on advertising incrementality, with the ability to tell the difference between ads that grow a channel and ads that buy sales that would have been made anyway
Comfortable owning listing quality across a large, seasonal catalog: hundreds of styles and tens of thousands of active SKUs
Strong analytically; you build your own reporting and know the difference between revenue and profit
Fluent with AI tools in your daily work, including their limits
Must be able to work on-site in the Midtown office 5 days a week
Why This Opportunity:

Be the first person at the company to own Walmart full-time, strategy and execution both
Significant budget available to put into the channel, assuming the results support it
A proven catalog with established styles, reviews, and demand, backed by a nine-figure Amazon channel
Direct access to Walmart contacts rather than working through a layer
Full ownership, with a direct line to the CRO and room to grow into broader channel responsibility over time
Fast decision-making in a family-owned, collaborative office with no committee between an idea and a test
Health insurance options and 401(k) benefits
