Chief Program Officer

Lead and oversee all program operations across multiple regions including NYC, Central Jersey, and Monsey, NY
Directly manage a team of 5 Regional Managers, driving accountability, performance, and culture
Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and COO on organizational growth and program direction
Ensure program quality, compliance, and outcomes across all service lines
Travel regularly between NYC, Central Jersey, and Monsey to maintain strong regional presence
Represent the organization with external partners, funders, and community stakeholders
Build scalable systems and processes to support continued programmatic expansion
Qualifications:

Senior leadership experience in the nonprofit / human services sector
Track record managing regional teams and complex program portfolios
Deep understanding of nonprofit operations, compliance, and service delivery
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel regularly across the tri-state area
Nice to Have

Experience in a peer-to-C-suite or executive leadership role
Background in Jewish communal organizations or community-based nonprofits
Experience managing through growth or organizational change
