Night Shift Production Manager – Flexible Packaging

Oversee all night shift production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly team members
Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines and production targets
Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and operating costs
Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues quickly and effectively
Track production metrics and prepare shift performance reports
Support staffing, training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives
Qualifications

5+ years of production leadership experience in flexible packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing
Prior experience managing night shift or 24/7 manufacturing operations preferred
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and continuous improvement principles
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
