Job description
Manage the website day to day, keeping it current and continuously shipping changes and updates
Make design changes on the site, either designing them yourself or briefing and directing the people who do
Manage conversion rate through A/B testing offers, pricing, free-shipping thresholds, landing pages, and checkout upsells
Own Meta, email, and Google Ads strategy, targets, creative supply, and the partners who execute
Merchandise the site across a large, seasonal catalog
Manage SEO, including how the company shows up in AI search
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, with a change log tying results to what changed
Qualifications:
Hands-on Meta ads experience that you have run yourself, so you can work alongside and direct an experienced outside team
Proven direct-to-consumer growth on Shopify end to end: paid social, site conversion, and Klaviyo email working together
Comfortable in the Shopify admin, including basic theme and CSS edits, with an eye for design whether you execute the changes yourself or direct someone who does
Experience managing outside agencies, with the judgment to replace one or bring the work in-house
Strong analytically; able to build your own reporting and know the difference between revenue and profit
Comfortable with a large, seasonal catalog: hundreds of styles and tens of thousands of active SKUs
Fluent with AI tools in your daily work, including their limits
Must be able to work on-site in the Midtown office 5 days a week
Why This Opportunity:
Real resources behind the role, with significant budget to put into the channel assuming the results support it
A real brand behind the site, with an established catalog, reviews, and customer base at scale
Full ownership of the channel, with a direct line to the CRO
Opportunity to build a full e-commerce marketing team over time
Collaborative office with no committee between an idea and a test
Health insurance options and 401(k) benefits
