Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

A company is looking for a hands-on CTO to help shape where their technology goes next, bringing real vision and leadership to a company building for the future. Responsibilities include shaping the company's technology strategy and long-term roadmap; leading software development, system architecture, and infrastructure; strengthening cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection; driving cloud adoption, automation, and digital transformation; owning the technology budget and managing key vendor relationships; and building and mentoring a strong technical team. Requirements: strong background in software development and engineering; 5+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally in distribution or manufacturing; solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); background working with ERP/CRM systems and supply chain technology; familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, and business intelligence; eCommerce or B2B platform experience is a plus.
