What You'll Do

Balance the day's financial transactions and prepare accurate end-of-day reports for management.
Run the nightly audit, making sure every charge, folio, and deposit is accounted for.
Welcome arriving guests and handle check-in and check-out with a smile, even at 3 AM.
Answer calls, schedule wake-up calls, and keep our guests informed and taken care of overnight.
Keep our lobby looking sharp — well-lit, on-brand, and guest-ready at all hours.
Step in as a Front Desk Clerk when needed, keeping the overnight shift running smoothly.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma; 2+ years of hotel experience, Rooms Division preferred.
Sharp with numbers and comfortable auditing financial data with precision.
Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone.
Comfortable working independently overnight, including holidays and weekends.
Computer savvy — Excel, Word, and property management systems (Opera or similar).
