Contribute as a member of the Executive People Leadership Team (EPLT), partnering with colleagues to shape the direction, priorities, and effectiveness of the broader People function.
Lead, coach, and develop the global Talent Management Team, creating the clarity, focus, and environment needed for the team to influence enterprise talent outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions.
Establish clear talent frameworks, governance, and adoption approaches across workforce planning, succession, performance management, development, mobility, and talent insights to improve decision quality, consistency, and workforce outcomes across regions.
Translate business plans into workforce capability and strategic workforce planning priorities, using talent insights to advise leaders on critical roles, skills, succession risks, readiness, development opportunities, and where to build, develop, or source capability.
Enable development from within by increasing talent visibility, career pathways, internal mobility, priority experiences, and readiness for areas of strategic need, helping the business build capability and create opportunities for people to grow and develop at GHD.
Partner across the People ecosystem to embed talent practices that are clear, consistent, connected to business needs, and improve adoption and decision quality.

Ability to connect business strategy to workforce capability, succession depth, leadership readiness, and talent investment decisions.
Strong business acumen, executive influence, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and shape enterprise outcomes.
Experience applying psychometric assessment insights to talent, leadership, succession, and development decisions.
Experience using enterprise talent management technology, preferably Oracle HCM, to support talent insights and decision-making.
