Your Impact:

As a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist - Global at Deliverect, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global team by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Your expertise in proactive sourcing, efficient candidate management, and seamless coordination will directly contribute to building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, ultimately driving Deliverect's growth and success in a dynamic global market.

This is a 6 Month FTC, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 consecutive days once a month in our Toronto office and the remainder from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:
Proactively source high-potential candidates across various platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter, to build robust talent pipelines. Filling critical roles with high-quality talent, accelerating product development and sales growth. (Approx. 20%).

Manage and optimize candidate flow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless candidate experience from initial application to offer (Approx. 15%).

Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth logistics (Approx. 20%).

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting qualified candidates to Talent Partners for further evaluation (Approx. 10%).

Assist Talent Partners with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as generating reports, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing offer letters (Approx. 10%).

Collaborate closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. This role requires clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with candidates, Talent Partners, and hiring managers, often involving strong persuasion skills to engage passive talent or coordinate complex schedules (Approx. 10%).

Drive creativity and innovation in sourcing strategies by exploring new search methods and platforms, and propose improvements to existing recruitment processes or tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience (Approx. 5%).

Represent Deliverect within the Belgium and Netherlands tech scenes, actively participating in events and initiatives to build and strengthen our employer brand (Approx. 5%).

Manage the posting and advertising of open roles on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as strategically selected targeted job boards to maximize candidate reach (Approx. 15%).

What you will bring:
1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing tech company.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Lever.

Full competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative People Experience team.

Problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute to new ideas or improve existing recruitment processes, such as suggesting efficiencies in candidate outreach or interview scheduling.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Important Information
Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
This is a 6 month FTC, hybrid role working 1 week per month in the Toronto Office
The expected annual salary for the role is between $65,000 CAD and $75,000 CAD pro rata'd
