FACILITIES MANAGER ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the dealership's physical premises.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors.
Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and health regulations.
Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management promptly.
Support inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Help with scheduling and supervising janitorial and maintenance staff as needed.
Maintain accurate records related to facility management activities.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in facilities management or a related role is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.
Reliable and able to handle physical tasks as required.
