Position Summary:
Sybridge Technologies is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage multi-state U.S. payroll processing and employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and a strong background supporting payroll within a
manufacturing environment. This role will ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and employee support while serving as a key resource for payroll
and benefits operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:
• Process weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll data including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll changes and reporting.
• Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports.

Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
• Manage employee enrollments, life-event changes, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Coordinate with benefit brokers and vendors to resolve employee issues.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage employee leaves, including FMLA, STD, and LTD.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• MUST have hands-on experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll.
• MUST have experience supporting payroll in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with payroll systems ADP is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, taxes, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
