Establish clear milestone roadmaps to transition successful pilots into active production environments.
Geographic Project Management & Sourcing
Serve as primary project manager for active geographic expansion initiatives
Conduct market research and track regulatory shifts to source, evaluate, and prioritize new corridor expansion opportunities.
Institutional Onboarding & Operational Execution
Manage day-to-day operational execution and compliance requirements as tier-1 US institutions adopt USAT.
Maintain structured KPI tracking, status reporting, and internal alignment to guarantee execution velocity across active institutional workflows.
Job requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
Execution & Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinating technical/regulatory workstreams, and driving projects from concept to close.
Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface seamlessly with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional external clients.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity independently in a high-velocity ecosystem.
