Social Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Social Worker at our Women's Health Ambulatory care practice. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering direct outpatient mental health services to patients and families. This position entails a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to crisis intervention, safety assessment using evidence-based screening, providing concrete services, conducting psychosocial assessments, and offering individual and family psychotherapy. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and across the network of ambulatory care clinics is essential. You will be responsible for seeing patients both virtually and in person through scheduled appointments.

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, day-shift 10:00AM - 3:00PM.

Preferred Criteria:

Three years’ experience or training in a hospital and /or agency.
Experience in an outpatient Women’s Health setting.
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, French, Bengali, Fulani /English

Required Criteria:

Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
