OT Cyber Analyst, Maritime Cyber Safety Operations

Location: Doral, Florida (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This position is an operations support role focused on Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. The Cyber Analyst will be fundamental to establishing and maintaining a robust integrated security program for the Maritime Cyber Safety team. The role involves supporting the rollout of remote connectivity solutions, improving incident response processes, and providing support for existing cybersecurity tools.

Key Responsibilities
Support engineering teams with the rollout of remote connectivity solutions.
Assist in building and improving incident response documentation and processes.
Support existing cybersecurity products and tools that are already deployed.
Perform security-monitoring functions on network devices, servers, applications, and databases.
Implement and configure cybersecurity solutions for capital projects.
Configure and monitor security products, including anti-virus (A/V), backup/recovery solutions, and remote access tools.
Conduct security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection for all cyber safety tools.
Act as an escalation point for critical cybersecurity incidents.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 2+ years working in an OT (Operational Technology) or IT/Cybersecurity environment.

Technical Skills: Intermediate networking knowledge and strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Cybersecurity best practices.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Informatics, or a related STEM field is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the maritime or cruise industry.
Security Operations (SecOps) experience.
Experience with EDR/XDR tools.
Experience in an operations support and ticketing environment.
Incident response experience.
Familiarity with OT security tooling.
Desired certifications include GICSP, GSOC, TI.

Work Environment

This role requires employees to work from a designated office in Doral, Florida, Monday through Thursday. Employees may work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
