Early Childhood Educator

B’nai Torah Congregation is seeking dynamic, dedicated educators to join the teaching team at The Ruth and Edward Taubman Early Childhood Center, our NAEYC Accredited preschool in Boca Raton, Florida.

We are looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood education, committed to creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, and eager to collaborate with colleagues and families.

Qualified candidates should have:

• A CDA, AA, or BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Completion of Florida mandated training hours within 90 days of hire
• Documented experience working with young children in an early childhood setting
• Basic computer skills, including internet use, documentation, and family correspondence
• Experience with NAEYC accreditation is preferred, but not required
• The ability to co teach, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a teaching team
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Level II background screening and meet all applicable requirements for employment in a Florida early childhood program.
