Product Specialist

You day to day will look like:

Physical Execution: Subject matter expert on NoTraffic hardware, the equipment that it connects to, and the system integration.
Software Lifecycle: Training partners on NoTraffic Download Manager, physical installation of equipment, and configuration using Installation Assistant (IA).
Sales Support: Support RSMs during early project work, including additional training sessions with partners and technical FAQ.
Installation Planning: Review project documentation and ensure proper equipment, tools, and Aux Items (both NoTraffic and non-NoTraffic) are on hand.

Requirements
Must have: minimum of 5 years of experience completed IMSA II (or similar)
Experience with intersection cabinet architecture
Traffic technician and field knowledge
Field girt: can be calm in stressful situations, the ability to be in the field with partners, working through the physical installation and troubleshooting
Technical training experience
Comfortable speaking/training small groups
