Requirements
Named technical lead on board/executive compensation for public pension/retirement systems
Annual total-comp reviews for board direct reports (base + performance-pay)
Performance-pay / incentive plan design assessment
Target-market reviews and independent market studies (peers often >$100B AUM funds)
Board-ready reports and presentations; occasional on-site board meetings
Proposal past-performance support under Casa Moon LLC / AlphaGov
Independence / no conflicts

Ideal Requirements

≥5 years compensation analysis for financial, investment, or pension-fund industries
≥5 years working with Boards of Trustees / governing bodies including presenting compensation benchmarking at board/public meetings
≥5 years executive compensation and incentive/performance-pay strategies for large public-pension, governmental, or nonprofit organizations
