Office Management Team Leader / Office Operations Supervisor
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Management Team Leader to oversee office operations across our Brooklyn, Monroe, and satellite locations. This person will supervise office staff, maintain professional office standards, oversee vendors and facilities, and make sure day-to-day office needs are handled efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Supervise: Oversee the Office Staff, Receptionist, and office staff at satellite locations.
- Manage Accountability: Set priorities, assign responsibilities, follow up on open tasks, and address performance or conduct issues when needed.
- Maintain Office Standards: Ensure offices are professional, organized, productive, and properly staffed. Monitor attendance, desk coverage, breaks, and overall office conduct.
- Oversee Facilities & Vendors: Manage office maintenance, cleaning, supplies, food/pantry vendors, repairs, and other facility needs.
- Construction & Office Projects: Coordinate Monroe construction, renovations, seating plans, office setups, furniture, IT, security, and related projects.
- IT & Employee Setup: Coordinate with IT to ensure phones, computers, workstations, access, equipment, and other employee needs are ready and functioning properly.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure new employees have everything they need before starting and that equipment, access, and office needs are properly handled when employees leave.
- Meetings & Events: Oversee logistics for company meetings, events, office gatherings, trade shows, and promotional materials.
- Organization & Systems: Create checklists, processes, and tracking systems using Asana or other company tools to ensure tasks and follow-ups are not missed.
- Budget & Expenses: Monitor office-related expenses, vendor costs, supplies, events, and facilities spending.
- Communication: Keep leadership informed about important office issues, staffing concerns, construction, vendors, expenses, and anything requiring attention.
