Medical Billing Performance & Analytics Manager

Currently looking to hire a Medical Billing Performance & Analytics Manager for a growing medical billing company.

This role goes beyond basic reporting. We are seeking someone who will take full ownership of the numbers across every client account we service. The ideal candidate is a true numbers person who excels in Excel, data analysis, reconciliation, and trend identification.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Track collections and payment trends

 - Manage AR aging (30/60/90/120+ days)

 - Monitor clean claim and first-pass rates

 - Analyze denial rates, trends, and days in AR

 - Track outstanding/unbilled claims and claim submission turnaround times

 - Evaluate payer performance and underpayments

 - Review adjustments and write-offs

 - Develop client-specific KPIs and performance scorecards

 - Identify discrepancies, negative trends, and operational areas requiring attention

We need someone who not only generates reports, but also understands the underlying data, investigates discrepancies, collaborates with the appropriate teams, and follows through until issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

 - Strong medical billing/RCM background

 - Advanced proficiency in Excel

 - Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized

 - Naturally curious with a strong problem-solving mindset
