Construction Site Manager
Location: NYC – 5 Boroughs | Salary: $120K+ DOE | Full-Time, On-Site

A growing General Contractor is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor schedules, quality, materials, and manpower.
Read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Ensure compliance with NYC safety requirements and OSHA standards.
Communicate with Project Managers and resolve field issues.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
Requirements:

2 years of construction experience with a GC.
Strong knowledge of construction operations and site management.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
SSC (Site Safety Coordinator) Certificate preferred.
Must be willing to work full-time on-site throughout NYC.
