Inventory Control Specialist
Location: New Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office
Salary: $75,000

Growing health food company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, product availability, manufacturers, and day-to-day coordination with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked.
Coordinate with manufacturers regarding orders, production, and availability.
Monitor inventory to prevent shortages, overstock, short-dated, or expired products.
Ensure accuracy of inventory and company systems.
Analyze inventory and operational reports and take action based on findings.
Coordinate with trucking and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify and prioritize urgent issues and resolve problems quickly.
Work closely with manufacturers and the warehouse team to ensure seamless inventory management.
Continuously monitor processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with systems, reports, and inventory data.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.
