Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Front End Manager to oversee operations at our fresh fish store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-end staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front-end staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling.
Ensure the front-end area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and improve checkout efficiency and overall workflow.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail or customer service management, preferably in a food-related environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:30/7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation:

Estimated Salary: $28-$35/hour depending on experience
