Owner's Rep

A real estate investment firm is seeking an Owner’s Representative to oversee multiple development projects across different stages, from raw land and predevelopment through construction, completion, and disposition or lease-up.

The role will serve as the primary owner-side point person, managing approvals, plans, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, lender requirements, and overall project execution.
