RN Supervisor – Home Care
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $140K + Benefits

A growing home care organization is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for its home care nursing operations in Brooklyn.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in home care nursing and clinical supervision and is comfortable leading staff, reviewing care plans, addressing clinical concerns, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support field nursing staff.
Oversee assessments and individualized plans of care.
Monitor clinical quality and documentation.
Provide guidance on patient and clinical issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Partner with management and care teams to maintain high-quality services.
Qualifications:

Active NYS RN license required.
Home care experience required.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
