Internal Medicine MD

A respected FQHC medical facility is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join their professional and patient-focused team. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic testing
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on preventive care and overall health management
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active New York State medical license
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
