Position Overview:

A growing packaging, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions company is seeking a Cash Flow Financial Analyst to support financial operations through cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis. The primary focus of this role is to create, maintain, and continuously improve a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast that provides leadership with clear visibility into the company's cash position and working capital needs.


This position will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and Accounts Receivable teams to analyze cash movements, identify trends, and support strategic decision making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses advanced Excel skills, and has a strong understanding of forecasting, liquidity management, and operational cash drivers. Success will be measured by forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and the ability to improve cash visibility and working capital performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast
  • Monitor daily cash balances and analyze liquidity needs
  • Track and explain variances between forecasted and actual cash flow results
  • Develop cash flow, liquidity, and working capital reports for leadership
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support forecasting and financial analysis
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to improve cash conversion and working capital performance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and reporting accuracy
  • Assist with treasury activities and other finance initiatives as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, cash management, FP&A, or corporate finance
  • Proven experience building and managing 13-week cash flow forecasts
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital principles
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $125,000 base salary
