Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist

Location: Spring Valley, NY

Salary: $80000–$140000, based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer & Sales Specialist who can take customers through the full process—from initial consultation and design to closing the sale and signing the contract.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (or 5:00 PM)
• Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their style, space, needs, and budget
• Design functional, attractive custom kitchens
• Prepare layouts, presentations, quotes, and revisions
• Recommend cabinetry, finishes, materials, and features
• Guide customers confidently through the design and sales process
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Manage projects from consultation through signed contract
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth handoff

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience
• Experience designing custom kitchens
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or AutoKitchen
• Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills
• Confident leading consultations and closing sales
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• No certifications or licenses required — relevant experience is what matters.
