UX/UI Designer – Healthcare Software

We’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to help design and build a healthcare software platform from the ground up. This role is ideal for a creative, intuitive designer who can take ownership of projects and turn ideas into user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities:

Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
Lead UX/UI design from concept through completion
Translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
Collaborate with developers and leadership
Identify usability issues and develop solutions
Maintain consistent design standards across the platform

Qualifications:

3+ years of UX/UI design experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience designing software/products from the ground up
Healthcare experience preferred
Strong UX, interaction design, and modern UI knowledge
Creative, self-motivated, with strong communication and leadership skills
