We’re seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Home Biller to bring real-world billing expertise to an innovative healthcare software platform. You’ll work with development and design teams to improve billing workflows, test new features, and help build smarter solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the nursing home/medical billing subject-matter expert
Guide developers on billing workflows and requirements
Collaborate with development and UX/UI teams
Identify billing inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Perform quality control (QC) and test new features
Identify billing issues and gaps before release
Assist with customer onboarding
Provide billing and customer feedback to development teams

Qualifications

2+ years of medical billing experience
Nursing home or long-term care billing experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of medical billing workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proactive, creative thinker comfortable challenging existing processes
