Position Overview
The Jewish Center of the Moriches is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and engaging Hebrew School Teacher to join our welcoming Conservative-Lite synagogue community.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who enjoys working with children and wants to create a positive, meaningful, and enjoyable Jewish learning experience in a small synagogue setting.

Position Details
Position: Hebrew School Teacher

Schedule: One 2.5-hour class per week

Start Date: October 2026

Compensation: Starting at $50 per hour, commensurate with experience

Class Size: Small, intimate classes

Location: Jewish Center of the Moriches, Moriches, NY
