Sales Specialist - Upsell

Aura is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeking high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists to help our existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote, work-from-home position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection.

What You’ll Do:

Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to “create a safer internet” for individuals and families

Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives

Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features

Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions

Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience

Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity news to act as a trusted advisor to customers
