Automotive Sales Associate

What You'll Do

Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.
Become a product expert by maintaining manufacturer certifications and completing required training.
Present financing, leasing, protection products, and vehicle features with confidence.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.
Generate new business through prospecting, repeat customers, and community networking.
Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads.
Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience required.
Proven success in commission-based sales with a strong closing record.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive and positive attitude.
Professional appearance and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or other languages is a strong plus and helps us better serve our diverse customer base.
